Lucia Robustini

I received my MSc. in agri-food biotechnology from the University of Ferrara (IT). After my master thesis at the Albert-Ludwig University of Freiburg in Br. (DE) in the field of biocatalysis under the supervision of Prof. M. Müller, and Prof. P.P. Giovannini, I worked several years for a food company. Since April 2021 I decided to return to academia to complete my education with a PhD in the same field, in the group of Prof. F. Paradisi. Enzyme engineering and new immobilization strategies are the core technologies of my research, oriented to improve the stability and activity of the biocatalyst, aiming to a new and even more sustainable way of green chemistry.
