Tom Ewing

Tom Ewing studied chemistry at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Following this, he performed a PhD at Wageningen University studying the enzymology and biocatalytic applications of flavin-dependent enzymes. Since finishing his PhD studies in 2018, he works at the research institute Wageningen Food & Biobased Research. Here, he works on the development of biocatalytic systems for the production of chemicals from renewable carbon sources.
