I'm Sara Sangiorgio, a PhD student in Industrial Chemistry at Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy). I received my Master Degree in Industrial Chemistry in February 2019. My current research activity focuses on the set up of reaction conditions for sustainable synthesis of sugar fatty acid esters, a family of biosurfactants, and on the evaluation of their surfactants properties.
